Terms of use
These are the rules for using the site. We have kept them short and in plain English. Please read them with the privacy notice, which explains how we handle personal data.

Who we are
Dragon Kids Land (dragonkidsland.com) is run by:
- Mindsolve Consulting SRL, a company registered in Romania
- Website: www.mindsolveconsulting.com
- Email: hello@dragonkidsland.com
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Mindsolve Consulting SRL, and "the site" means dragonkidsland.com with all its pages, feeds and media.
Accepting these terms
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy notice.
Some features, such as personalised stories once they open, may come with extra terms. We will show you those before you use the feature.
Who can use the site
Our songs, videos and stories are made for children, from babies and toddlers up to about twelve. The website is made for the adults who share them: parents, carers and teachers.
Children are welcome to listen, watch and read with a grown-up. The grown-up decides what is right for the child and for how long, and is responsible for the child's use of the site.
You must be an adult (18, or the age of majority where you live) to join the waitlist or to create an account.
Free content
Listening, watching and reading are free, with no account and no payment.
We add, change and sometimes remove songs, videos and stories, and the site may now and then be unavailable, for example while we update it. Because the content is free, we cannot promise that any particular item will always be available.
Who owns what
Our original material belongs to Mindsolve Consulting SRL or to those who licensed it to us: the retellings, the song lyrics and music, the videos, illustrations and narration, the dragon mascot, the Dragon Kids Land name and logo, and the design of the site. It is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Much of it is made with AI tools (see below). In some countries material made entirely by AI may not be protected by copyright; whatever rights do exist in it are ours.
The old tales themselves belong to everybody. Fairy tales, fables and folk tales by the Brothers Grimm, Hans Christian Andersen, Perrault, Aesop and others are in the public domain, and you are free to use them. What is ours is our telling of them: our words, pictures and sound. How we choose and check them is on the copyright and sources page.
What you may do with our content
- Listen, watch, read and print it at home, for your family
- Use it in teaching: play it in class, show it on a whiteboard, print it for your pupils
- Share links to our pages and to our official channels
- Quote short extracts, with a link to the page you quoted
What needs our written permission
- Republishing or re-uploading our songs, videos, pictures or retellings, on a website, a video channel, social media or in an app
- Selling our content, or using it in a product, a book or an advertisement
- Using the dragon mascot, our name or our logo, or suggesting you are connected to us
- Removing our name or the AI disclosure from our content
To ask for permission, write to hello@dragonkidsland.com. We are often happy to say yes.
Made with AI
The stories on this site are new retellings of public-domain tales, written with AI tools. The illustrations, narration, songs (music and vocals), song videos and the dragon mascot's artwork are created with AI tools too. We choose, check and edit what we publish, but mistakes can slip through. If you spot one, please tell us. More on how the media is made.
Using the site fairly
Please do not:
- break the law, or use the site in a way that could harm a child
- try to break into, disrupt or overload the site, or get around its limits and protections
- copy the site with automated tools at a scale that slows it down for others
- sign up anyone else's email address without their permission, or use someone else's sign-in link
If someone breaks these rules we may block their access. We will not do that without a good reason.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. It is not a purchase, it asks for no payment details, and it does not commit you to anything. We will email you once, when personalised stories open.
Joining does not reserve a price or a place, and it is not a promise that personalised stories will open on a particular date, or at all. You can leave at any time by writing to us.
Personalised stories (not on sale yet)
We are working on stories made for one child, but they are not on sale. Any prices shown on the site are an indication of our plans, not an offer to sell.
When personalised stories open, we will show you separate terms of sale before you pay: the price, what you get and when, and your consumer rights, including your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law and when it applies.
Accounts
You sign in with a link we email to you, so anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Please keep your mailbox secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
YouTube and other platforms
We link to our channels and songs on YouTube, YouTube Music, Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control them. Some of them may show adverts or suggest other videos, so please keep an eye on what plays next when a child is watching.
Health, safety and learning tips
Some songs come with tips for grown-ups, for example about brushing teeth, washing hands, using the potty or going to sleep. They are general information, based on the sources listed on each song page under "For grown-ups". They are not medical, dental or other professional advice. For a question about a particular child's health or development, please talk to a doctor, dentist or other qualified professional.
Our age ranges, reading times and scariness ratings are guidance. You know your child best.
Our responsibility to you
We take care over everything we publish, but the site is free and is offered as it is. We cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, arising from your use of the free site.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add a feature. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to people with an account or on the waitlist, we will tell them by email before it takes effect. Changes never apply to anything that happened before them.
The law that applies, and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you live in another country as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
If something goes wrong, please write to us first at hello@dragonkidsland.com and we will try to put it right. Consumers in Romania can also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), anpc.ro, which also runs alternative dispute resolution.
The small print
If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms are between you and us; nobody else can enforce them.
